Who AM I?

My name is Rylan Munson, I am a professional athlete with 20 years of racing and training experience! Growing up on dirt bikes, I’ve spent decades competing, building endurance, and cross-training to perform at the highest level. Along the way, I’ve worked with some incredible coaches and learned what it takes to stay disciplined, push limits, and keep improving.

Now, I’m passionate about sharing that knowledge-helping other racers build strength, endurance, and confidence both on and off the track. My goal is simple: to help you crush your racing goals and feel unstoppable.

He is wearing a helmet, cycling gear, and a black glove, and the number 113 is visible on his bike. Another cyclist wearing a yellow helmet and glasses is partly visible behind him.

Why i coach

My passion for coaching comes from a lifelong drive to become better — stronger, faster, and more resilient. Growing up, I was the tall, skinny guy who struggled to put on weight and muscle. On top of that, I developed severe stomach issues that made eating enough daily a challenge. Gaining weight felt nearly impossible.

Over the years, I’ve worked through those struggles, built up knowledge through experience and consistency, and transformed both my body and mindset. All the while earning my pro card and racing professional motocross and supercross. Now, I coach because I want to help others do the same — no matter what their challenges or goals may be.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all programs. I believe in personalized, realistic coaching that fits your life — not the other way around. Whatever your starting point, I’ll meet you there and help you move forward, step by step.
